COVID-19 Policy

This policy applies to all staff, including senior managers and the board of trustees, paid staff, volunteers and sessional workers, agency staff, students or anyone working on behalf of FUZE Technologies Ltd.
Our Stance: The Purpose of this policy is:
Due to the nature of our business, depending on the circumstances and latest restrictions it may be untenable for us to host a FUZE Workshop. Staff are required to register a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test before the workshop, up to the morning of the event. We thank you for your patience and understanding should an unexpected cancellation take place.
Similarly, it is required that workshop attendees provide evidence of (or provide verbal confirmation of) a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test.
We will always follow the latest government guidelines - as such this document will not be updated with each announcement, but serves to reflect our flexibility and respect for the latest rules and recommendations.

- To ensure that FUZE Technologies maintains the highest standard of Covid-19 safety in accordance with the latest government guidelines to cultivate the safest possible environment for workshop activities.
- To set an example of high Covid-19 safety standards for local business
- To foster trust within the local community
Due to the nature of our business, depending on the circumstances and latest restrictions it may be untenable for us to host a FUZE Workshop. Staff are required to register a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test before the workshop, up to the morning of the event. Our Measures:
- Operating at reduced capacity during periods of government restrictions (hosting the maximum number of attendees whilst ensuring a full social distancing policy of 2m between can be adhered to)
- All attendees are required, unless exempt, to wear a mask during the day (except during lunchtime)
- Multiple hand sanitising stations ensuring no sharing is necessary
- Workshop staff maintain a sensible distance at all times from attendees (unless necessary to administer first-aid, etc)
- Regular Lateral Flow testing with recorded results for all staff
