When making a purchase on FUZE we request your name, email and postal addresses, telephone number and country of residence. A login email and password are also required to view prior orders. We also provide an Opt-in option setting which is also retained.

WARRANTY, SERVICE & REFUND POLICY
Unless specified otherwise in a product’s information pages and or the shopping basket the following policy applies;

Returned products must be packaged so they are not easily damaged in transit. COMPANY cannot be held responsible for any damages undertaken during transit from CUSTOMER to COMPANY. Photographic evidence will be used should any item arrive in a damaged condition. Physically damaged items cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty.
The warranty period is for twelve months from the date of invoice. Damage in any form is not covered by the warranty and will be subject to a repair or replacement fee. Customer will be advised of the fee as soon as possible but no work shall be undertaken unless COMPANY receives, written approval and payment.
When purchased directly from the COMPANY website CUSTOMER may request a full refund for their purchase within 14 days from the receipt of PRODUCT and, on the condition PRODUCT is returned unused and undamaged. This does not effect CUSTOMERS statutory rights.
The various FUZE packages consist of many different components. Should any single component, excluding electronic components supplied within the Project Kit, fail due to a manufacture’s hardware fault during the warranty period, CUSTOMER may return this for replacement. In the case of CUSTOMER usage causing damage to a component items can be replaced with a replacement fee.
If a package is returned for replacement, only the included components shall be replaced. Any missing item shall not be replaced.
When returned under warranty any component damaged by CUSTOMER shall not be replaced or repaired under warranty shall be subject to a repair or replacement fee. Customer will be advised of the fee as soon as possible but no work shall be undertaken unless COMPANY receives, written approval and payment.
The FUZE packages are operated at very low power and as such are sensitive to voltages exceeding 5v DC – any damage due to connection to a voltage in excess of 5V DC is not covered under warranty.
Bent, detached or otherwise damaged connection pins, sockets and or wires are not covered for repair or replacement under warranty.
Damage due to any liquid coming into contact with any FUZE component is not covered under warranty.
Simply, any damage caused by CUSTOMER’s interaction with PRODUCT or any other physical damage shall not be covered under warranty.
Refunds requested outside of the initial 14 day period shall be considered on a case by case basis and at COMPANYs discretion.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
