FUZE Coding Workshops situated in external environments take place typically in a school classroom designated by the school staff.
School desks are used to support one or two computers with seating for students. The number of students depends on the school’s class sizes, with a maximum of 30.
FUZE Coding Workshops situated in the St Andrews Court location take place in a 1600 square foot classroom environment. Desks are used to support one or two computers with seating for students. The number of students varies from five to thirty.
Computing equipment includes up to thirty Nintendo Switch game consoles. The consoles are powered by a mix of portable battery packs or power supply units connected to mains sockets via extension cables.
Cables crossing pathways are covered by rubberised cable covers to avoid trip hazards.

In FUZE Coding Workshops staff are required to assist students when requested. This involves verbal interaction with young people.
Staff are also required to help in setting up and breaking down any equipment used in the workshop. This involves a small amount of light lifting for a period of thirty minutes or less. Trolleys are used for heavy items or transporting multiple items for longer distances.
